BE IT FURTHER RESOTNED, that the Clerk shall, as soon as practicable after the close of the period as given above, submit to the Department of Public v orks and Buildings, Division of Highways, on forms furnished by said Department, a certified statement showing expenditures from and balances remaining in the account(s) for this period; and, BE IT FURTHER RP50LVED, that the Clerk shall immediately transmit two certified copies of this resolution to the district office of the Department of Public Works and Buildings, Division of III, h:vays, at Illinois. (3) Delivery In total or partial shipments as ordered shall be made within the time specified In the special provisions or by the terms of acceptance at the point and in the manner specified in the "Schedule of Prices."
