A RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL OF A, PLAT OF SUBDIVISION IDENTIFIED AS
WINSTON GROVE SECTION 21
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of
Illinois;
Section 1 . That Resolution No. 40-74 dated May 7, 1974 granting approval
of a plat of subdivision of Winston Grove Section 21 is hereby
rescinded.
Section 2. That approval is hereby given the final plat of subdivision
identified as Winston Grove Section 21 , prepared by Gremley and
Biedermann, Land Surveyors as Drawing No. 734348 dated April 29,
1974 and Revised June 6, 1974 and June Il , 1974, being a sub-
division in Section 2!i, Township 41 North, Range 10, East of the
Third Principal Meridian in Cook County, Illinois, a copy of which
is attached hereto and made a part hereof as if fully set forth,
and also on the recommendations of the Plan Commission as attached

hereto.
Section 3. That the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby authorized
to sign said plat for and in the name of the Village and attach
thereto the corporate seal .
Section 4. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval according to law.
PASSED this IIth dey of June 1974.
APPROVED this 11th day of June 1974.
