A RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL OF PLAT OF SUBDIVISION IDENTIFIED AS CENTEX
INDUSTRIAL PARK -UNIT NO. 191
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of

the Village of Ell: Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of Illinois:
Section 1 . That approval is hereby given the finol plat of subdivision
identified as Centex Industrial Park Unit No. 191
prepared by Gremley & Biedermann, Land Surveyors
as Drawing No. 743899 Drawing Date: August 23, 1974
being a subdivision in Section (s) 34 Township 41
North, Range 11 , East of the Third Principal Meridian in Cook
County, Illinois, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a
part hereof as if fully set forth.
Section 2. That the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby authorized I

to sign said plat for and in the name of the Village and attach
i
thereto the corporate seal .
Section 3. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval according to law.
