A RESOLUTION RELEASING A MAINTENANCE BOND ON PORTIONS OF LIVELY BOULEVARD,
SEEGERS AND CROSSEN AVENUES AS REQUIRED BY RESOLUTION NO. 7-71
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of
Illinois:
Section 1. That the President and Board of Trustees do hereby auth-
orize the release of Maintenance Bond No. 8510769ZBC in the amount of 518,000.00
as required by Resolution No. 7-71 for Lively Boulevard, Seegers and Crossen
Avenues from Oakton Street to Higgins Road.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval according to law.
PASSED this 4th day of September 1973.
APPROVED this 4th day of Saptember , 1973.
