A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A PERFORMANCE BOND FROM SAFECO
INSURANCE COMPANY GUARANTEEING THE CONSTRUCTION OF
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS IN THE HODLMAIR SUBDIVISION
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 11' RESOLVED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
DuPage, State of Illinois:
Section 1. That the President and Board of Trustees do hereby
authorize acceptance of Performance Bond No. 2040575 in the amount of
$85,000.00 from SAFECO Insurance Company to guarantee the construction
of public improvements sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer, curbs,
sidewalks, pavement, street lighting and parkway trees in the C.A.
Hodlmair Subdivision, located south of Cosman Road and west of Arlington
Heights Road in Elk Grove Village, Illinois, which improvements are
fully described on engineering drawings prepared by Pearson, Brown and
Associates, inc., Consulting Engineers, 8058 Milwaukee Avenue, Niles,
Illinois, dated and revised May 12, 1972•
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.
