A RESOLUTION RELEASING A LETTER OF CREDIT RELATING TO A THIRD LIFT
AS REQUIRED BY RESOLUTION NO. 23-69
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
DuPage, State of Illinois:
Section 1. That the President and Board of Trustees do hereby
authorize release of Letter of Credit No. 53993 expiring on
January 2, 1972 and extended by Amended No.1001484 to January 2,
1974, in the amount of $20,000.00 as required by Resolution No. 23-69,
to cover third lift requirements for Chase Avenue from Tonne Road
east to a Point 285 feet north of Touhy and Lively Boulevard from
the Railroad Spurline south of Chase Avenue north to Landmeier Road.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.
