AMENDMENT TO ANNEXATION AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 25th day, of
April , 1972, by and between the Village of
Elk Grove Village, a municipal corporation of the County of Cook
in the State of Illinois, hereinafter referred to .as the "Village",
and WALLACE V7. BUSSE and MABEL BUSSE, his wife, and COMMOT
EDISON COMPAL;Y and .,\TUBAL GA„ PIPELINE COMPANY OF AA'lERicz1, here-
inafter referred to as "Owners";
W I T N E S S E T H:
WHEREAS, the Village and the Owners have entered into an
Annexation Agreement on June 23, 1970; and
WHEREAS, all of the parties thereto agree that said Annexation
Agreement should be amended so as to allow the sale of antiques
and artistic works on propert,7 that was a part of said Agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of mutual covenants
and promises, the parties hereto agree as follows:
That Paragraph 9 C be and is hereby amended by adding
thereto the following:
9C iii. An antique and artistic novelty retail business,
said business not to be conducted past the hour
of 8:00 P..M. and provided further, that said
business :i -s not to continue beyond five years
from the date of the original agreement, June
23, 1970.
