RESOLUTION NO. 92-72 was passed 11-14-72 approving
the Vacation of Carol Place, this was passed in
error as a Vacation must be by ordinance. Ordinance
No. 835 was subsequently adopted on December 5, 1972
approving the Vacation of Carol Place.
