OF THE VILLAGE. OF ELIC GROVE VILLAGL'
Wi1EPE'AS, it is to the mutual advantage of the residents of the Village and
.its p�i.i.d-on-call firemen that adequa,'e provision be made for the coin pensation of
the paid -on-call firemen,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, 211_i.nois:
Scctior 1.. Paid -on-call firemen shall be paid according to the following
schedule, per call, unless more than one call, or combination of calls,
occurs prior to the securing of a current call, in which event the first
call shall_ be paid for as staged and additional calls shal.I be paid for
after the first hour at the rate, as .set forth below per hour. (Time
shall be computed to the neares i:: 1/4 hour.)

Computation of Service Credit_
Paid Service on Elk Grove Fire Department - Full Credit
Volunteer Service on Elk Grove Fire Department - 1/2 Credit
Paid Service on any Other Paid Department - 1/2 Credit
Section 2. Paid -on-call firemen who are on special details or on
st rd--bu shall be T,),. -,id at their individual rate per hour unless the
payment provisions on a per call basis as set forth in the above-
paragrapi2 shall produce a greater amount in which case the greater
amount- shall be paid.
Section 3. All paid -on-call firemen who have worm: losses shall be
compensated on the basis of $50.00 per day.
Section 4. Paid -on --call firemen shall receive $5.25 per training session.
