A RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL OF PLAT OF DEDICATION FOR PUBLIC STREET FOR
BRUMMEL AVENUE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Villace of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of
Illinois:
Section 1. That approval is hereby given a plat of dedication for public
street for Brummel Avenue: That part of the north 60.0 feet
of the south 894.47 feet (as measured at right angles to the
south line thereof) of the Northeast quarter of Section 27,
Township 41 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal
Meridian lying west or a line drawn at right angles to said
North line of the South 894.47 feet through a point of said
line 1291.09 feet west, as measured along said North line of
the South 894.47 feet of the West line of State Route 83 and
lying east of the East line of Higgins Industrial Park Unit
two, being a subdivision in said Northeast quarter of Section
27, in Cook County, Illinois, a copy of which is attached hereto
and made a part hereof as if fully set forth.
Section 2. That the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby auth-
orized to sign said plat for and in the name of the Village and
attach thereto the corporate seal.
Section 3. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval according to law.
