A RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL OF PLAT OF DEDICATION OF PUBLIC STREETS IN THE
PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of
Illinois:
Section 1 . That approval is hereby given a plat of dedication of
public streets in the Planned Unit Development located
in a part of the Southwest quarter of Section 29 and
the Northwest quarter of Section 32, in Township 41
North, Range 11 , East of the Third Principal Meridian
in Cook County, Illinois as follows: Wellington Avenue
from Biesterfield Road northwest to Leicester Road;
Leicester Road from Biesterfield Road north to Winston
Drive; Winston Drive from Bisner Road east to Leicester
Road; Gloucester Drive from Bisner Road east to Leicester
Road
Section 2. That the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby
authorized to sign said plat for and in the name of the
Village and attach thereto the corporate sea] .
Section 3. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.
