A RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL OF PLAT OF DEDICATION OF PUBLIC STREETS IN THE
TRITON INDUSTRIAL PARK
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of
Illinois:
Section 1 : That approval is hereby gi-ven a plat of dedication of
public streets in the Triton Industrial Park, located
in part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 27, Town-
ship 41 , Range 11 , East of the Third Principal Meridian
in Cook County, Illinois as follows: Bonni-eLane,from
the north line of the Chicago District Pipeline Company
right of way, north to the southeasterly line of the
Commonwealth Edison Company Right of Way; and Howard
Street from the west line of the East 99.0 feet of the
Northwest quarter of Section 27, west a -distance of
567.86 feet to the west line of the East one half of
the East one half of the Northwest quarter of Section 27.
Section 2: That the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby
authorized to sign said plat for and in the name of the
Village and attach thereto the corporate sea] .
Section 3: That this resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.
