RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL OF PLAT OF SUBDIVISION IDENTIFIED AS ELK GROVE
VILLAGE SECTION 18
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of Illinois:
Section 1 . That approval is hereby given the final plat of subdivision
identified as Elk Grove Village Section 18
being a subdivision in Section 36, Township 41 , North, Range 10,
East of the Third Principal Meridian iri Cook County, Illinois, a
copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof as if
fully set forth.
Section 2. That the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby authorized
to sign said plat for and in the name of the Village and attach
thereto the corporate seal , subject to the land to be dedicated
to the Village be put in such a condition, that the Park District
is satisfied with it to use as recreation land.
Section 3. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval according to law.
