NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Fresident and Board of Trustees of the
Village of E11, Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of Illinois:
Section 1. That approval is hereby given the final plat of subdivision
identified as Higgins Industrial Park Unit No. 72
being a subdivision in Section(: �7 , Township 41
North, Range 11, East of the Third F-cinci.pal 14eridian in Cook
County, Illinois, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a
part hereof as if ful?;;- set forth.
Section 2. That the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby
authorized to sign said plat for and in the n,-11e of the Village
and attach thereto the eor�,crate seal., subject to the approval of the
Judiciary Planning and Zoning Committee.
Section 3. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and ap-proval according to law.
