A RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL OF PLAT OF DEDICATION FOR PUBLIC STREET FOR
BIESTERFIELD ROAD, EXTENDED
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the President and 3oard of Trustees of
the Village of Elk Grove Village , Counties of Cook and Du Page , State of
Illinois:
Section 1 . That approval is hereby given a plat of dedication for public
street for Biesterfield Road , as extended, located in Section 17,
in Elk Grove Village and described as follows: the North 50.0
feet (measured at right angles) of lot 5205, being a subdivision
in Sections 25 and 36, Township 41 North, Range 10, East of the
Third Principal Meridian in Cook County, Illinois, a copy of
which is attached hereto and made a part hereof as if fully
set forth.
Section 2. That the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby auth-
orized to sign said plat for and in the name of the Village and
attach thereto the corporate seal .
Section 3. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval according to law.
