A RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL OF PLAT OF DEDICATION FOR PUBLIC STREET FOR
BIESTERFIELD ROAD
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage , State of
Illinois:
Section 1 . That approval is hereby given a plat of dedication for public
street for Biesterfield Road, (as prepared by Robert E. Biedermann
and dated September 24, 1970) , from the center line of Wellington
Avenue, extending west to the west line of Leicester Road, a total
of 1143,45 feet long by a width of 27.00 feet; located in Section
32, Township 41 North, Range 11 , East of the Third Principal
Meridian in Cook County, Illinois, a copy of which is attached
hereto and made a part hereof as if fully set forth.
Section 2. That the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby auth-
orized to sign said plat for and in the name of the Village and
attach thereto the corporate seal .
Section 3. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval according to law.
PASSED this 28th day of December 1971 .
