WntiREAS, the VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE has _entered into an agreement
with the State of Illinois for the improvement of (Illinois Rte.72)
IIij;F;ins Road (.FA Route 173) known as Section 31-R-Pt.I and 31-R-Pt.II
(V1.11aL�,e Section 11 -CS), and
WIQREAS, in compliance with the aforementioned agreement, it is nec-
ese.ary i'or the Village to appropriate Motor Fuel Tax Funds to pay its
share o" the cost of said improvement. ,
NOS^!, TIOSIREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that there is hereby appropriated the
stun of Fourteen 'Thousand Three Hundred Seventy -Five and No/100 Dollars
(,*14,377.00), or so much thereof as may be necessary, from any money
now or hereafter allotted to the Village under the provisions of the
Motor .Fuel Tax Law, to pay its share of the cost of this improvement
as provided in the agreement; and
BI IT FURTEE RESOLVED, that upon award of the contract, the State of
Illino:i.s is hereby authorized and directed to deduct and pay over to the
Department of public Works and Buildings of the State of Illinois in a
lump sum from any of said money allotted to the Village under the Motor
Fuel Tax Law, an amount equal to its obligation incurred under this
agreement, and
BE IT YUR11ER RESOLVED, that the Village agrees to pass a supplemental
Resolution to provide necessary funds for its share of the cost of this
improvement if the amount appropriated herein proves to be insufficient
to cover aaio cost.
