WHEREAS new arrangements are being made for authorized facsimile
signatures,
NOW, TREKEFORE, BE IT II1;SOLVED by the Presi.dcnt and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of C00% and
Wage, State of Ill.i.noi.s, as follows:
Section 1: That Resolution No. 117-68 be repealed.
Section 2: That this resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.
