of the Village of: Elk Grova Village, Countios of Cuok and DuPoge, State of
Illi_uois, as follows: �
Section 1: That the CONTINKETAL ILLINOIS NATIONAL BANK AND TRUST
COAl'iil9Y of Chicago, Illinois, as a dasignated depositary of the Village of Elk
Grove Village, is hereby requested, authorized and directed to honor, pay and
charge to the Village of. Elk Grove Village all checks or other orders for payment
of money signed in the name of. the Village of Elk Grove Village when bearing the
actual signatures or when bearing or purporting to bear the facsimile signatures
of any two of the following:
Village Treasurer George C. Coney
Village Manager Charles A. Willis
whot-her or not payable to, endorsed or negotiated by, or deposited to the
individual credit of any of said persons, and said CONTINENTAL ILLINOIS NATIONAI,
BANK AND TRUST CUNPANY shall be entitled to honor, pay and charge the Village of
Elk Grove Village for all such cheeks or other orders for payment of money
irrespective of by xyliom or by what meals the purported or actual facsimile
signatures thereon may have been affixed thereto if such signatures resemble the
facwhni.le specimens duly certified to or filed with said Bank.
Section 2: That the Village Clerk of the Village of Elk Crove Village
is hereby authorized to certify to said Bank a copy of these resolutions and
specimens of said facsimile sfgnntures and said Bank is hereby authorized to rely
upon such certificate anti -1 it is formally advised by a subsequent certificate
in wrlting undor the corporate seal of the Village of Elk Crove Village of any
changes or alterations therein.
Section 3: That the aforementioned authority shall apply to the
following designated and numbered accounts and all others:

Section 4: That this resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passan and approval according to law.
