Section 1_: That TITS ICCUTUEZN TRUST COMPANY of Chicago, Illi.noi.s, as a
designated depositary of the Village of },;71c Grove Village, is hereby rcclue:acd,
authorized and directed to honor, pay and charge to the Village of Elk Grave
Village all checks or other orders for payment of money signed in the name of
the Village of Elk Grove Village when bearing the actual si-gn:a.ores or when
bearing or purporting to bear: the facsimile signatures of any two of the
following:

whether or not payable to, endorsed or negotiated by, or deposited to the
individual credit of any of said persons, and said NORTHERN TRUST COb9PANY shall-
be
hallbe entitled to honor, pay and charge the Village of Elk Grove Village for all
such checks or other orders for the payment of money irrespective of by whom or
by what means the purported or actual facsimile si-gnatures thereon may have
been affixed thereto if such signatures resemble the facsimile specimens duly
certified to or filed with said Bank.
Section_ 2: That the Village Clerk of the Village of. Elk Grove Village
is hereby authorized to certify to said Bank a copy of these resolutions a.nd
specimens of said facsimile signatures and said Bard: is hereby authorized to
rely upon such certificate until it is formnl1y,advised by a subsequent
certificate in writing under the corporate seal of. the Village of Elk Grove
Village of any changes or alterations therein.
Section 3: That the aforhmanti-oned authority shall apply to the
following designated and numbered accounts and all others:
hunicipal Buildings Construction Fund 72.-9574
Bond Fund Account No. 2 72-7318
Section 4: That this resoluLi.on shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.
