RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL OF PIAT OF 'SUBDIVISION IDEILIFIED AS CENTEX
INDUSTRIAL PARK UNIT NO. 143
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of Illinois;
Section 1. That approval is hereby given the final plat of subdivision
identified as Centex rnd73s is park iTn9t No. 143_ _—__
being a subdivision in Section(s) 34 , To,onship 41
North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Merfrlian in Cook
County, Illinois, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a
part hereof as if fuller set forth.
Section 2. That the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby
authorized to sign said plat for and in the name of the Village
and attach thereto the corporate seal.
Section 3. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect frorin
and after its passage and approval according to -.aw.
