NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State
of Illinois:
Section 1. That the Village of Elk Grove Village hereby accepts, pursuant
to the Municipal Code, for file, the attached Performance Bond #12-0120-
1136-70, written by United States Fidelity and Guaranty Company, in the
amount of $173,000.00, to guarantee the installation of public improvements
in the Mayfair Industrial Park by the developer, Mayfair Engineering Comp-
any, 7234 W. North Avenue, Elmwood Park, Illinois.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval according to law.
