A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE CONVEYANCES OE
CERTAIN PROPERTY
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
DuPage, Illinois:
Section l: That the Village of Elk Grove Village does hereby
accept the documentation of property legally described on the
attached Exhibit "A", said Exhibit "A" being hereby incorporated
by reference as if fully set forth herein.
Section 2: That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to cause the recording of said Deeds.
Section 3: That this Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication as
provided by law.

Beginning at a point on the North Line of William Lumpp's Devon Avenue
Farms Being a Subdivision in the South Half of said Section 33, 433.0
Feet West of the Southwesterly Corner of Elk Grove Village Section 9,
Being a Subdivision in said Section 33; Thence Northeasterly on a line
forming an angle of 790 25' 15" measured from East to North with the
last described line 572.36 Feet, to a point of curve; Thence North-
westerly on'a curve concave Westerly and having a radius of 400.0 Feet,
306.01 Feet to a point of Tangencey; Thence Northwesterly on a line
tangent to the last described curve, 338.0 feet to a point of curve;
Thence Northerly on a curve concave Northeasterly and having a radius
of 1150.0 Feet, 583.07 Feet to a point of curve; thence Northeasterly
on a curve concave Southeasterly and having a radius of 500.0 Feet,
449.0 Feet to its intersection with the Southwesterly line of
Lot 2997 in Elk Grove Village Section 9 aforesaid extended; Thence
Southeasterly on the Southwesterly line of said Lot 2997 extended,
332.65 Feet to the Southwesterly Corner of said Lot; Thence Southerly
on the Westerly line of Elk Grove Village Section 9 aforesaid to the
Southwesterly corner of Elk Grove Village Section 9,•said Southwesterly
corner Being the Southwest corner of Lot 2665 in said Subdivision;
Thence West on the North line of William Lumpp's'Devon Avenue Farms
aforesaid, 433.0 Feet to the place of beginning (Excepting Therefrom
that part taken for Elk Grove Village Section 9 B, Being a Subdivision
in the West Half of said Section 33) in Cook County, Illinois.
AND
Lot No. 350 in -Elk Grove Village Section 12, being a
Subdivision ip Sections 32'and 33, Township 41 North,
Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian,
according to the plat thereof recorded in the Office
of the Recorder of Deeds on March 8, 1965 as
Document 19-400-461, in Cook County, Illinois
