NODI, TITREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of Illinois:
Section 1. That approval is hereby givers the final plat of subd.i.vi.si.on
identified as Centex Industrial Park Unit No. 06
being a subdivision in Section (c )___a4 _ , Tc,;mshio 41 _V
North, Range 11, East of the Th?rd Principal Mer`.dian in Cook
County, Illinois, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a
part hereof as if fully set forth.
Section 2. That the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby
authorized to sign said plat for and in the name of the Village
and attach thereto the corporate seal4 subject to the approval
of the Village Engineer.
Section 3. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval according to law.
