RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL OF PLAT SUBDIVISIOIe' IDENTIFIED AS__hBj1S

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of T ustees of the
Village of Ellt Grove Village, Counties of Cook and Du Page, State of Illinois:
Section 1. That approval is hereby given the final plat of subdivision
identified as liiggins Industrial Park Unit No. 36
being a subdivision in Section (s) 22 �, Township 41_
North, Range 11, East of the. Third Principal Meridian in
Cook County, Illinois, a copy of which is attached
hereto and made a part hereof as if fully set forth.
Section 2. That the Village President and. Village Clerk are hereby
authorized to sign said plat for and in the name of the
Village and attach thereto the corporate seal, subject to
the approval of the Village Engineer,
Section 3• That this re3olution shall be in full force and affCct from
and after its passage and approval according to law.
