RESOLUTIOII OF APPROVAL OF PLAT OF SUDDIVISIOD IDETTIFIED AS HIGGINS
INDUSTRIAL PARK UNIT NO. 38
NOW THFrIEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and Du Page, State of Illinois :
Section 1. That approval is hereby given the final plat of subdivision
identified as Higgins Industrial Park Unit No. &__�__
being a subdivision in Section(st 27 ___, Township 41
North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal. Meridian in Cook
County, Illinois, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a
part hereof as if fully set forth.
Section 2. That the Village President arra Village Clerk are hereby
authorized to sign said plat for and in the nave of the Village
and attach thereto the corporate seal..
