A RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL Oh PLAT OF DEDICATIM FOR PUBLIC ROAD FOR
LOUIS AW,;NUE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE ITRESOLVED by tk.e President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of
Illinois:
Section 1. That approval is hereby given a plat of dedication for public
road for Louis Avenue, from State Route 83 (Busse Road) on the
East, West to a point approximately 700 feet East of Lively
Boulevard in Higgins Industrial Park; in Section 27, Township
41 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian in
Cook County Illinois, a copy of which is attached hereto and
made a part hereof as if fully set forth.
Section 2. That the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby authorized
to sign said plat for and in the name of the Village and attach
thereto the corporate seal.
Section 3. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval according to law.
