NOW) TIMR17OREP BF IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Tri�Lstecs
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State
of Illinois:
Section 1. That approval is hereby given a plat of dedication for public
road for Jarvis Avenue from State Route 83 (Busse Road) on the
East, West to a point approx:hiiatcly 100 feet East of Lively
Boulevard in Higgins Industrial Park, Section 27, Township 41
North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian in Cook
County, Illinois, a copy of which is attached hereto and made
a part hereof as if fully set forth.
Section 2. That the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby authorized
to sign said plat for and in the name of the Village and attach
thereto the corporate scal.
Section 3. That this resolution shall, be in full force and effe,�t from and
after its passage and approval according to law.
