RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL OF PLAT OF SUBDIVISION IDEPITIFIED AS
Centex Industrial Park Unit 1 0
NO1671 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of Illinois :
Section 1. That approval is hereby given the final plat of subdivision
identified as Centex Industrial Park Unit 150
being a subdivision. in Section(s)—_3A__, Toomsh1pSl__—
North, Range 11, Enst of the Third Principal Meridian in
County, Illinois, a copy of which is attached hereto and rade a
part hereof as if fully set forth.
Section 2. That the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby
authorized to sign said plat for and in the nerve of the Village
and attach thereto the corporate seal.
Section 3. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval according to law.
