RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL OE' PLAT OF SUBDIVISION IDEP]TIFIED AS CENTEX -
LANDMEIER & TONNE SUBDIVISION
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of Illinois:
Section 1. That approval is hereby given the final plat of subdivision
identified as Centex- Landmeier & Tonne Subdivision
being a subdivision in Section(s 28 , T)wnshin 41
North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian in Cook
County, Illinois, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a
part hereof as if fully set forth.
Section 2. That the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby
authorized to sign said plat for and in the name of the Village
and attach thereto the corporate seals subject to the Village
Engineer's approval.
Section 3. That this resolution shall be in Hill force and effect from
and after its passage and approval according to law.
