A RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL OF PLAT OF DEDICATION FOR PUBLIC ROAD FOR
BIESTERFIRLD ROAD
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of
Illinois:
Section 1. That approval is hereby given a plat of dedication for public
road for Biesterfield Road, from the center line of Welling-
ton Avenue, west 1143.45 feet to the nest line of Leicaster
Road;in Section 32, Township 41 North, Range 11, East of the
Third Principal Meridian in Cock County, Illinois, a copy of
which is attached hereto and made a part hereof as if fully set
forth.
Section 2. That the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby authorized
to sign said pla: fo:c and in the name of the Village and attach
thereto the corporate seal, subject to the Village Engineer' s
approval.
Section 3. That this resolution snall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval according to law.
