Section 1: That the revised Police WparLlent Holes and Regulations attached
hereto and made a part hereof by reference arc hereby adopted as the Official.
Rules and Regulations of the Village of Elk Grove Village Police Derartmenc,
in accordcnce with the provisions of Section 5.011 of the bhmIcTia.l. Code of
the Village of E32 Grove Village, and shall be bi.nli.rl upon all me Qcrs of
the police departr',ent, both sworn and civillan e:eployeas.
Section 2: That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after• its passage and approval according "to law.
