RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL OF PLAT OF SUBDIVISION IDET;,'IPIF.D AS HIGGINS

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of Illinois :
Section 1. That approval is hereby given the final plat of subdivision
identified as Q& ns Industrial Park Unit No. 44_, _^
being a subdivisicn in Section(s) 27 _, Township 41
North, Range 11, Fast of the Third Principal i:erldian in Cook
County, Illinois, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a
part hereof as if fully set forth.
Section 2. That the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby
authorized to sign said plat for and in the name of the Village
and attach thereto the corporate seal..
