RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL OF PLAT OF SUBDIVISION IDENTIFIED AS HIGMTS
INDUSTRIAL PARK UNIT N0. 46
NOW1 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of Illinois :
Section 1. That approval is hereby given the final plat of subdivision
identified as Higgins Industrial Park Unit No. 46
being a subdivision in Section(s 27 _, Toianship 41
North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal tie^idian in Cook _
County, Illinois, a copy of which is attached hereto and rade a
part hereof as if fully set forth.
Section 2. That the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby
authorized to sign said plat for and in the name of the Village
and attach thereto the corporate seal, subject to the approval of
the Plan Commission, Village Engineer and Judiciary Committee.
Section 3• That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from
