RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL OF PIAT OF SUBDIVISION IDENTIFIED AS HIGGINS
INDUSTRIAL PARK UNIT NO. 37
NOZd, TMEIrEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elft Grove Village, Counties of Cool=. and. DuPage, State of. Illinois :
Section 1. That approval is hereby given the final plat of subdivision
identified as Higgins Industrial Park Unit No. 37
being a subdivision in Secti.on(sj_ 22 , Townshi.p__ 41_ _
North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian in Cook
County, Illinois, a, copy of which is attached hereto and made a
part hereof as if fully set forth.
Section 2. That the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby
authorized to sign said plat for and in the name of the Village
and attach thereto the corporate seal.
