RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL OF PLAT OF KASEIhTI,71 FOR PUBLIC UTILITIES IN THE DEVON-
O'HAPS: INDUSTRIAL PARK TYITIT EO. 2
POW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of Illinois:
Section 1. That approval is hereby given a plat of easement for public utilites
of the West 10 feet(exceptthe north 50 feet and except the South 60
feet thereof) and the North 10 feet of the South 60 feet (except the
East 1345 feet thereof) of the East three quarters of the North East
quarter of Section 2, Township 40 North, Range 11, East of the Third
Principal ITeridian, in Dul-age County, Illinois, a copy of which is
attached hereto and made a part hereof as if fully set forth.
Section 2. That the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby authorized
to sign said plat for and in the name of the Village and attach
thereto the corporate seal.
Section 3. That this resolution shall. be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval according to law.
