A RF,SOL TION AUTgORI'LING A SPECIAL `i'RAFFIC
SIGNAh ACCOUNT AND FACSIMILE SIGNATURES
NOW, THEREFORH, BE IT RESOLVED by the President
and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties
of Cook and Du Page, Illinois as follows :
_Section l : That the Rank of Elk Grove, Elk Grove
Village, Ill..inois is designated as a depository of the Village of
Elk Grove Village, for a special account to be known as "Tie
Traffic Signal. Account" and is hereby requested , authorized and
directed to honor, pay and charge, to the Village of Elk Grope
Village, all checks or other orders for payment of moneys sent
in the name of the Village of Elk Grove Village as to said
account, when bearing the actual signature or when bearing the
purported facsimile signature of the Village Treasurer or any
one (1) of the following:
Village Treasurer Donald E. Eppley
Village vanager Charles A, Willis
Vill.age PEesidcn t. Jack D. Pahl
Ville Clerk Eleanor G. Turner
whether or not payable to, erdorsed or negotiated by, or deposited
to the individual credit of any of said persons, and said Bank of
Elk Grove shall be entitled to honor, pay and charge the Village
of Elk Grove Village for all such checks on other orders for the
payment of money irrespective of by whom or by what means the
purported or actual facsimile signatures thereon may have been
affixed thereto if such signatures resemble the facsimile specinan_;
duly certified to or filed with said Rank.
Section 2 : That the Village Clergy; of the Village o;=
Elk Grove Village is hereby authori.zad to certify to said Bank a
copy of these xesoluti.ons and specimens of said facsimile signatures
and said Bank is hereby authorized to rely upon such certificate
until it is formally advised by a subsequent certificate in
writing under the corporate seal of the Village of Elk Grove

Village of any changes or alterations herein.
Section 3 : That the aforementioned authority
shall apply to an account to be established and known as "The
Traffic Signal Account" .
Section 4 : This resolution shall in no way subtract
from or alter the force and effect given in previous resolutions
directed to the Bank of Elk Grove but shall grant further authority
and be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval -according to law.
