A RESOLUTION APPOINTING JUDGES OF ELECTION
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, on the 21st day of January, 1969,
did pass Ordinance No. 590, which Ordinance called a special
election to be held February 15, 1969, entitled:
and,
"An ordinance providing for the submission
to the voters.of the Village of Elk Grove
Village, Cook and Du Page Counties, Illinois,
the question of issuing $1,040,000.00
Municipal Building Bonds at a special election
to be held in and for said 'tillage on the 15th
day of February, 1.969."
WHEREAS, to carry out and execute said ordinance of
referendum it is necessary that judges of election, for the various
precincts referred to in the above entitled ordinance, be appointed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of
Cook and Du Page, Illinois:
Section 1: That the hereinafter designated persons be
and are hereby appointed judges of election for the precincts
designated and for the special election referred to above. Their
compensation to be Thirty Dollars ($30.00) per day:
Section 2: This resolution shall be in full. force
and effect from and after its passage and approval according to
law.
