WMEREAS, the Developer and Subdivider has deposited a street
maintenance bond in the amount- of $ 22,000 expiring on May 31, 1971,
the deposit of appropriate bills of sale for public improvewents, the
deposit of public improvement bonds and other funds as required by the
Subdivision Control. Ordinanco and has fully complied with all provisions
of any and all ordinances apporc.ai.ning,
NOW, TPEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of. Cool: and
Du Page, Illinois:
Section L• Thabthe Village of Elk Crove Village does hereby
accept certain streets and public improvements as shown on hngineeri
Draining Nustber: 4200_-9 , dated Jan. 11, 1068 -located as generally
described as follows:
