WHE'RE'AS, Inc Developer and Subdivider has deposited a street
maintenance bond in the amount of $ 22.000 expiring on May 3_1, 1971
the deposit of appropriate bills of sale for public improvements, the
deposit of public improvement bonds and other funds as required by the
Subdivision Control Ordinance and has fully complied with all provisions
of any and all ordinances appertaining,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORI)AINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
Du Page, Illinois:
