VILLAGE SECTION 17
110W, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trust::es of the
V:'.11age of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and Du Page, State :)f Illinois:
,vection 1. That approval is hereby given the final plat of subdiv sion
identified as Elk Grove Village Section 17 being a subdivision
in Section , Township North, Range 11, East
of the Third Principal. Meridian in Cook County, Illinois, a copy
of which is attached nereto and made a part hereof as if fully
set forth.
Lection 2. That the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby authorized
to sign said plat for and in the name of the Village and attach
thereto the corporate seal, said approval is with the %nderstanding
that Centex will dedicate and install a road improvement on one or
both of two"open" lots as shown on said plat if deemed necessary
by the Village during the period of the next five year;:.
vection 3. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect, from and
after its passage and approval according to law.
