RESOLUTION F:CCEPTING FASFMENT
NOWe THEREFORE, BE IT RdSO.LVED by the President and
Board of Trustees cf the Village of Elk Grove Village,
Counties of Cook and Du Page, State of Illinois :
Section_1. That an Easement from Phillip FI. Kraemer
and Georgia Kraemer relating to public utilities, a copy
of said Easement being attached and incorporated by
reference, is hereby accepted.
Section 2. That the Village Clerk is authorized and
directed to record this Resolution and Easement with the
Cook County Recorder of Deeds, Cook County, Illinois,
Section 3. This Resolution shall. be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval according
to law.
PASSED this 20th day of May, 1969.
