A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING EASEMENT
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village , Counties of
Cook and Du Page , State of Illinois :
Sectionl . That an Easement from Charles L. Preston and Ann
L. Preston , his wife , relating to public utilities , a copy
of said Easement being attached and incorporated by reference,
is hereby accepted .
Section 2 . That the Village Clerk is authorized and directed
to record this Resolution and Easement with the Cook County
Recorder of Deeds , Cook Cournty, Illinois .
Section 3 . This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.
