A RESOLUTIO11 ACCEPTIM, T11E DEDICATION OF HO,�TARD STREET
UOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and Du Page, Illinois:
Section 1. That the Village of Elk Grove Village does hereby accept a plat
of dedication of Howard Street for Public Street, between Lively
Boulevard extending west to the Kenroy property in Section 27,
Township 1�1 north, Range 11, East of the Thira Principal
Meridian in Cook County, Illinois, a copy of which is attached
hereto and made a part hereof as if fully set forth.
Section 2. That the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby auth-
orized to sign said plat for and in the name of the Village and
attach thereto the corporate seal.
Section 3. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval according to law.
