A RESOLUTION AMENDING PROCEDURES FOR OBTAINING THE WATER AND
SEWER PERMITS BY THE VILLAGE: OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE .
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village , Counties of
Cook and DuPage , Illinois :
Section 1 . That Resolution 14-64 which adopted procedures and
item 9 page one of those procedures insofar as same provides
for a fee of $125 .00 for permits and inspections for the
Metropolitan Sanitary District permits be am�-nded to $225 .00.
Section 2 . That this resolution be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.
