NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President sand Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cock and DuPages State of Illinois:
Section 1. The+, approval is hereby given a plat of vacation identified as
Orssulak Subdivision in Devon -O'Hare Industrial Park Vast No. 2
being a Subdivision in section 2, Township 40 North, Range 11,
East of the Third Principal Meridian in Dupsge CounW, Ill.iaois,
a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof as if
fully set forth.
Section 2. That the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby authorised
to sign said plat for and in the name of the Village and attach
thereto the corporate seal.
Section 3. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect tram and
after its passage and approval according to law.
