A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING IMFROVEWNTS ON TURNER AVENUE
NOW, InXREFORE, BE IT RFAOLVED by the .President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Crave Village. Counties of Cook and DuPage,
Illinoia:
Section 1. That the Village of Elk Grove Villa Ge does hereby
accent Turner Avenue as set forth on a plat of
dedication which has heretofore been approved by
Resolution No. 87.67, as well as all public Improve-
ments, constructed or installed on said street, said
acccj•tance beim^ conditioned upon the filing of a
ne.intencty-e bond in the amount of $10,000 for a period
of two {r} year,s.
Section 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval according to law.
