RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL OF PLAT OF SUBDIVISION IDENTIFIED AS HIGGINS
ROAD COMMERCIAL UNIT NO.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and Du Page, State of Illinois:
Section 1. That approval is hereby given the final plat of subdivision
identified as Higgins (toad Cormnerr;a7 Hni+, un- 31;
being a Subdivision in Section(s) 21 , Township 41 North,
P.ange 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian in Cook
County, Illinois, a copy of which is attached hereto and made
a part hereof as if fully set forth.
Section 2. Thet the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby autho-
riled to sign said plat :for and in the name of the Village
and attach thereto the corporate seal, subject to receipt of a letter
from the developer agreeing to accept the conditions of Ordinance #517
Section 3. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval according to law.
