Village of Elk Grave Villager Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of TUAnoiss
Section 1. That approval is hereby given the final plat of subdivision
identified as Miller's subdivision in Devon -O'Hare industrial
Park VAit No. 2 being a subdivision in section 2, Township 40
North, Range l.l., mast of the Third Principal Meridian in DaPage
County, Illinois, a copy of xhich is attached hereto and made a
part hereof as if fully set forth.
Section 2. That the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby autho-
rized to sign said plat for and in the name of the Village and
attach thereto the corporate $sal, subject to approval of the
Village Engineer.
Sectiqu 3# That this resolution shell be in full, force and effect from and
after its passage and approval according to lax.
