A RESULUTION OF APPROVAL OF THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR
T,?E RZrSSE ROAD (STATE ROUTE 83) LMPROVEMENTS
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
DuPage, Illinois:
SECTION I. That the plans and specifications prepared by the State
of Illinois and known as FA Route 102, Section 102-54OR
for upgrading Busse Road within the Village of Elk Grove
Village, have been reviewed and are hereby approved by
the Village of Elk Grove Village.
SECTION 2. That a copy of said plans signed by Frank J. Krebs, Dir-
ector of Public Works-Engineer, Village of Elk Grove V
Village was transmitted to District Engineer, District 10,
Division of Highways, 300 N. State St. , Chicago, Illi-
nois, on August 20, 1968.
SECTION 3. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to
law.
